- Support is only offer for bugs and small tips. If you see a bug or are curious about a really simple style tweak, we will do our best to answer your query, but please note that themes are purchased as-is and any feature which isn’t advertised by us is considered a custom request.
- We do not offer assistance for third party plugins, theme setup (installation), or bugs caused by custom work done by anyone else than us.
- We answer to your queries Monday through Friday, but please allow up to 24hrs for your ticket to be reviewed & responded to.
